# 1. acceptance of terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FastCRUD service, website, dashboard, and associated APIs (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is provided by Wood Game Studio Kft. (“we”, “us”, “our”), a limited liability company registered in Hungary (company registration number 01-09-418789, EU VAT number HU32335648), with its registered seat at 1108 Budapest, Sibrik Miklós út 79. Fsz. 108., Hungary.

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

# 2. description of service

FastCRUD is a cloud-based software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that automatically generates REST and GraphQL APIs for customer databases. Customers connect their existing databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB) and receive hosted API endpoints with authentication, access control, and usage monitoring.

# 3. accounts & eligibility

To use the Service you must:

• +Be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• +Provide accurate, complete registration information and keep it up to date.
• +Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys.
• +Not reside in or be located in Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, or the regions of Crimea, Luhansk, or Donetsk, and not be on any government sanctions or denied-parties list.

You are responsible for all activity under your account.

# 4. subscriptions & billing

FastCRUD is offered on a recurring monthly subscription basis. Paid plans are billed in advance each calendar month. All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc., and tax-compliant invoices are issued and delivered on our behalf by Billingo Zrt. By providing a payment method, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee and any usage overages to that payment method.

Prices are listed in US dollars. We may change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice, applied to your next renewal.

Usage overages (for example, requests above your plan's included quota) are calculated at the rate listed on our pricing page and billed at the end of each monthly cycle.

# 5. cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing dashboard. On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of your current paid billing period, after which your account is automatically moved to the Free plan. See our refund policy for details.

# 6. acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• +Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• +Store or transmit unlawful, infringing, malicious, or deceptive content.
• +Interfere with, disrupt, or probe the Service's security or performance (e.g. denial-of-service attacks, unauthorized scanning).
• +Reverse-engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service without our written consent.
• +Use the Service to process payment card data or health information without a separate written agreement.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

# 7. customer data

You retain all rights to the databases and data you connect to the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access and process Customer Data solely to provide the Service. We do not sell Customer Data or use it to train machine-learning models. # 8. intellectual property

The FastCRUD software, trademarks, and documentation are owned by us and our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right, title, or interest in the Service other than the limited right to use it in accordance with these Terms.

# 9. warranty disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

# 10. limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the total amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data.

# 11. termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, but sections 7–10 survive.

# 12. changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or via the dashboard at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
